The Grizzly Franchise!

Grocer Jean-Charles has a special fondness for this basketball franchise. Because 1/ he likes underdogs, and 2/ he really enjoyed his visit to the city of Memphis.
Created in 1995 and first located in the Canadian city of Vancouver, it moved in 2001 to become the Memphis team.
The team has never shone in the playoffs, its most notable participation being a conference final in the 2012/2013 NBA season, a final lost to the Spurs, unbeatable at the time.
The team has nevertheless welcomed some very good players, like the Gasol brothers, or Rudy Gray. The incredible Allen Iverson was even there in 2009.
In 2019, "thanks" to its bad results, the Grizzlies inherited the 2nd pick of Draft, which they used to recruit the excellent Ja Morant. It would not be surprising if they built the future of the franchise around this promising player!
