The National Football League was created in 1922.
In the United States, the word "soccer" refers to the sport played with the hands and whose goal is to take the oval ball into the opponent's end zone. The Americans use the word "soccer" for the sport we know in Europe.
The NFL has 32 franchises grouped into conferences and divisions.
As in the NBA, the season is divided into two parts: first the regular season, then the playoffs in which the 12 best teams compete in a knockout tournament.
