As for McGrady, he's one of the best known representatives of the franchise for his role as lieutenant to Mr. Vince Carter!

Les Highlights de McGrady aux Raptors.

Sélectionné à la 9ème place de la draft NBA de 1997 par Toronto, ses débuts furent mitigés, limité par un temps de jeu pas assez important (13" par match de moyenne sur l'année '97/'98).
A l'arrivée de Vince Carter (son cousin éloigné), Tracy commença à se faire un nom, notamment pour leur prestation commune au Slam Dunk Contest.
Lancé sur sa dynamique, il a été nommé dans la course au "NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award", le trophée décerné au sixième homme, qui a commencé l'année avec plus de minutes en tant que remplaçant qu'en tant que joueur titulaire.
